Compass Construction Management does many of the functions of a general contractor but allows for greater owner involvement and lower fees. The construction management approach is open book and allows for a very collaborative process. It is well suited for a more experienced owner that has a construction background but needs to utilize the experience, personnel, and resources Compass Construction offers.
